Chris Martin wanted a guitar that captured the spirit of the Psychedelic movement in the late `60s, and let me have free rein in the design process. There are tips of the hat to graphic artist Rick Griffin, Jimi Hendrix, Lewis Carroll, Eastern mysticism, the ubiquitous VW microbus, San Francisco, and various mind alterants. Unfortunately I don't have any shots of the finished guitar. The last I heard of it, it wasn't going to be for sale, so it may be in their Nazareth museum by now.
